A 1 unit wide, 4u tall, blank panel to cover up holes in your Buchla format system.
One side has some stuff printed on it along with the customary horizontal lines seen on many modules in the format. 
The other side has nothing and is a true blank.
 
The panels are made from 6061 aluminum. They are anodized and veritcally lightly brushed.
